PENGARUH MOTIVASI INSTRINSIK DAN MOTIVASI EKSTRINSIK TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS TENAGA KERJA DAN TRANSMIGRASI KABUPATEN PINRANG
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee performance at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration, Pinrang Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaire techniques and documentation techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 43 respondents who are employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Pinrang Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis using simple linear regression analysis. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that 1) Intrinsic motivation affects the performance of employees at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration PinrangRegency with regression equation Y = 17,162 + 1,144X1. The magnitude of the influence of intrinsic motivation on employee performance at the Office of Manpower and TransmigrationPinrangRegency is 45.6% and the remaining 54.4% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study, and 2) Extrinsic motivation affects the performance of employees in the Office of Manpower and Transmigration PinrangRegencywith regression equation Y = 16,266 + 1,208X2. The magnitude of the influence of extrinsic motivation on employee performance at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration PinrangRegency amounted to 57.1% and the remaining 42.9% was influenced by other variables that were not included in this study.
