This article discusses the procedure for opening a digital savings account through the BRImo application provided by Bank BRI. This service allows prospective customers to open an account independently without visiting a branch office, with a fast, secure, and convenient process. The method used in this study is a literature review and an analysis of the digital account opening procedure. The discussion results show that digital banking offers various conveniences, such as 24/7 service access, secure transactions, and comprehensive banking features within a single application. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Temmassarangnge. Dengan fokus pada sosialisasi tahapan prosedur, faktor pendukung, dan kendala yang sering dihadapi, kegiatan ini mengadopsi pendekatan deskriptif partisipatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun prosedur pemberian KUR sudah sesuai dengan regulasi, kendala seperti ketidaklengkapan dokumen dan rendahnya literasi keuangan masyarakat masih sering terjadi. This research aims to assess the implementation of a digital management system as a solution to overcome the problems of manual bureaucracy, miscommunication, and lack of data integration. The methods used in this research include observation and interviews with employees from various divisions, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis to measure system effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPI). The research results show that the implementation of a digital management system has succeeded in increasing work efficiency, transparency and accuracy, with an increase in employee productivity reaching 60% and job satisfaction levels of 85%. Despite challenges such as inadequate infrastructure and resistance to new technology, this program has succeeded in creating a digital-based work culture. Recommendations for the Parepare City government include improving technological infrastructure, regular training and assistance for employees who have difficulty adapting. The mentoring activity in the form of an apprenticeship aims to find out the activities carried out during the internship in the Fisheries Sector of the Parepare PKP Service, Reski Jemmer group. What can be gained from implementing this apprenticeship assistance is being able to assist MSMEs in preparing Financial Reports in accordance with SAK ETAP, namely, 1) Making Financial Reports for 2017-2020 in accordance with SAK ETAP 2) Teaching transactions that need to be recorded in making Financial Reports. This study examines the implementation of community service programs by students at SD Negeri 83 Parepare, which faces challenges in the form of low accessibility, lack of educational facilities, and suboptimal management of learning support facilities. Through this program, students not only help schools improve facilities and infrastructure, but also gain practice-based learning experiences in solving educational problems. In this case, digital literacy plays a very important role in changing analytical and critical mindsets in receiving existing information.This community service activity is in the form of counseling/providing material related to strengthening digital literacy online and offline.The method of this activity includes problem identification, planning, preparation, counseling/delivery of material and evaluation.The results of this study are an increase in understanding of digital literacy through the participation of PT Telkom STO in the city of PARE-PARE. This program aims to enhance students’ understanding of banking operations while developing their technical skills and soft skills required in the professional world. The methods applied in this program include observation, hands-on practice, and mentorship from experienced bank employees. Throughout the internship, students are involved in various operational tasks, such as customer service, transaction document management, financial statement analysis, and interbank transactions. The results of this program indicate that students not only gain deeper insights into the banking industry but also develop communication skills, teamwork abilities, and an understanding of work ethics and compliance with banking regulations.
