PENGARUH STRATEGI PEMASARAN TERHADAPENINGKATAN JUMLAH NASABAH (STUDI BANK SULSELBAR CABANG PAREPARE)
Abstract
This research aims to evaluate the effect of marketing strategies on increasing the number of customers with a focus on Bank Sulselbar Parepare Branch. Marketing strategy has a very important role in developing market potential and increasing bank presence amidst increasingly tight competition in the banking industry. The research method used is quantitative data analysis through customer surveys and statistical analysis to assess the relationship between the marketing strategies implemented by banks and the increase in the number of customers. The findings of this research provide in-depth insight into the effectiveness of the marketing strategies that have been implemented by Bank Sulselbar Parepare Branch. The research results show that marketing strategies have a positive impact on increasing the number of customers. Factors such as product promotion, customer satisfaction and brand image have an important role in influencing customers' decisions in using banking services offered by Bank Sulselbar Parepare Branch. As banks seek to increase market share and customer trust, a deep understanding of the marketing elements that influence customer decisions is critical. This research contributes to academic and practical understanding of the importance of marketing strategies in the banking context, especially at Bank Sulselbar Parepare Branch.
