Abstract

A house is a building that functions as a residence or shelter and a means of raising a family. Home is a basic need and has a very important function for human life. However, there are still many members of society who do not own a house, especially people with low incomes. In meeting the need for housing, it is very difficult for people with low incomes to own a house in cash. Therefore, the government provides a program to make it easier for people to meet their housing needs, namely the Home Ownership Credit (KPR) program. Previous research aims to be used as a reference for writers in adding theory and to avoid plagiarism in writing. This research uses a qualitative research approach where qualitative research as a scientific method is often used and carried out by a group of researchers in the field of social sciences, including educational sciences. A number of reasons were also put forward, the essence of which is that qualitative research enriches the results of quantitative research. The reason the author is interested in Mario City Housing, Bacukiki Regency is that it has several advantages compared to other housing. Mario City housing has a strategic housing location, near urban areas, the location is still beautiful and cool, so it gives a comfortable impression to every resident. When compared with other housing, Mario City Housing has cheaper prices for the same type of house. Good and guaranteed building quality. This is due to strict control from the field developer.
