Abstract

The purpose of community service projects in Ujung Labuang Village, Suppa District, Pinrang Regency is to raise awareness among the local population about the utilisation of available resources. The Fisher Women group's fishing families are taking part in this activity. The extended material focuses on using sea fish, specifically skipjack and tuna, as functional foods to fulfil the community's nutritional needs. The extension participants were very excited about learning more about food that is based on local resources. Enhancing the Fisher Women group's local food processing abilities will help sustain the activities by producing a variety of kid-friendly dishes.
