PENINGKATAN PELAYANAN BAGIAN KEUANGAN, SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN ADMINISTRASI PLN UP3 PAREPARE

Abstract

The purpose of the activity is to find out the activities carried out during the implementation of the internship in the finance department at PLN UP3 Parepare.The thing that the author gets from the implementation of this internship is to be able to know the tasks of the HR Finance department. Namely 1) Recording of ATK payments to journals 2) Recording of petty cash to journals. 3) Recording cash receipts from customers to journals, in fact there are still many tasks from other sections that we get during the implementation of the internship, but the implementation of this internship focuses more on the HR Finance section. During the internship, they are placed in the HR Finance department. there is a lot of experience and knowledge that is not yet known, for example, participating in terms of helping with recording, checking stock materials and so on. There is a lot of experience gained starting from time management that must be considered so that the work done must be completed on time, also must learn how to deal with stakeholders properly, take care of recording documents properly and so on.
