Abstract

The implementation of the Virtual Real Wor k Lecture ( V- KKN) batch XXI I in general provides
an application of the manuf acture of powder ed chili products made f rom ingredients that are
easy to obtain and remain in each kitchen. The purpose of implementing the Real Work Lectur e
in Dongi Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, is to provide knowledge to the
community about how to process chilies in addition to being used as chili sauce. The method used
is the method of counseling and training f or housewives. Powder ed chili is the result of processing
f resh chilies into powder . The powder ed chili is processed by drying the f r esh chilies then
grinding them until smooth. Pr eviously, people only used chilies to be chili sauce or additional
ingredients f or making side dishes and now people already know how to make chili powder and
use it as an additional ingredient in food offerings.
