Abstract

The Source Religious Court which is the First Level Court has the duty and authority to examine, decide, and settle cases at the first level between people who are Muslim in the fields of: marriage, inheritance, wills, grants, waqf, zakat, infaq, shadaqah and economics. sharia as regulated in Article 49 of Law Number 3 of 2006 concerning Amendments to Law Number 7 of 1989 concerning Religious Courts. The performance of services carried out by the Religious Courts of the City of Parepare is influenced by several things, both internal and external. Identification of problems that affect and affect service performance needs to be done, one of which is internal optimization or efficient use of working time, so that services can be carried out properly, in line and in sync with work objectives. The author identifies problems during internship activities at the Parepare City Religious Court Office with the offline method or works directly and conducts field orientation, especially in the author's placement section in the Service and Secretariat Sector within the agency. It is hoped that with this article related parties can improve their service performance.
