Abstract

The purpose of this internship is to find out problems that often appear suddenly, which makes the funds spent swell that occurs at PT Industri Kapal Indonesia Makassar by using work practices, observation, data recording, and documentation methods. The result of this internship activity is to prepare a reserve fund to prevent the occurrence of cost overruns in the estimated production. The activities carried out in the finance and accounting divisions are inputting incoming goods (LPB) and material expenditures, inputting subcont debt, inputting supplier debt, inputting overtime payables, filing payment slips, inputting warehouse opname reports for the 2021 financial year, inputting HPP for November 2021, inputting admin fees for November 2021, compiling accounts receivable cards for 2021.
